food/eating habits updates:

  • I’m eating a little to many calories so I’m working on cutting it back down.
  • I’m getting a handle on my emotional eating and breaking myself out of it by talking to myself and asking myself if I’m really hungry and drinking water.
  • Last time I was on this blog I had lost 7 pounds and increased muscle mass. My muscle mass is lower now. :/ And I gained back 12 pounds due to bad eating. On the plus side, this week I dropped about 4 pounds.
  • Bad: I kinda took a break this holiday weekend. I promised myself to stop doing this. I noticed with my clean eating, I feel better and my skin is a lot clearer.
  • I noticed some toneness in my body.
  • I stopped taking my oxyelite pro, but I’m starting again tomorrow.
  • I AM GOING TO START WEIGHT TRAINING TMRW. <3

Hello. My name is Kenya. I'm a former omnivore and now pescatarian. Trying to go fully vegetarian.
This is my weight-loss blog and getting acne-free blog. More or less.
I'd rather call it my get fit and healthy blog because that is what I'm looking for. I want to be able to run in marathons and 5k's without getting tired and out of breath. I've had a lot of false starts and moments where I wanted to lose weight. I'm hoping this blog will help me stick to it.
