food/eating habits updates:
- I’m eating a little to many calories so I’m working on cutting it back down.
- I’m getting a handle on my emotional eating and breaking myself out of it by talking to myself and asking myself if I’m really hungry and drinking water.
- Last time I was on this blog I had lost 7 pounds and increased muscle mass. My muscle mass is lower now. :/ And I gained back 12 pounds due to bad eating. On the plus side, this week I dropped about 4 pounds.
- Bad: I kinda took a break this holiday weekend. I promised myself to stop doing this. I noticed with my clean eating, I feel better and my skin is a lot clearer.
- I noticed some toneness in my body.
- I stopped taking my oxyelite pro, but I’m starting again tomorrow.
- I AM GOING TO START WEIGHT TRAINING TMRW. <3
