Nothing significant, but I can feel it in my clothes and my tummy is smaller.

Haven’t been updating or going to the gym. But I have been working out. In the last 3 weeks, I’ve probably logged more than 200 miles on my bike, riding it around. Started eating more because my body was starting to slow down and I couldn’t remember things. Then I found out I was about 700 calories under my TDEE and that this whole time I’d been miscalculating.
But yeah, going to start up weight training at the gym again and possibly throwing in some nightly jogs. I want to work on speed, but I need to build up my endurance first.
I want to start green smoothies again.
