Hello. My name is Kenya. I'm a former omnivore and now pescatarian. Trying to go fully vegetarian.
This is my weight-loss blog and getting acne-free blog. More or less.
I'd rather call it my get fit and healthy blog because that is what I'm looking for. I want to be able to run in marathons and 5k's without getting tired and out of breath. I've had a lot of false starts and moments where I wanted to lose weight. I'm hoping this blog will help me stick to it.
